We are currently fundraising to bring Sanctuaria to Burning Man. The funds will go towards purchasing:

• building supplies
• photovoltaic tiles
• solar power system
• creating the Tree, our centerpiece rosewood replica with photovoltaic leaves (an endangered tree whose hardwood is prized for chess pieces, furniture, acoustic guitars and violins)
• audio system for our immersive ambient nature sounds and live performances
• lighting features to ensure a magical visual nighttime experience 
• public e-bike charging stations

After Burning Man, Sanctuaria will be moved to a location (Colorado, British Columbia and Costa Rica have been offered) and will host educational, wellness, art and live events to educate children and the general public about:

• the fragility of the earth’s ecosystems
• the importance of reducing our carbon footprint
• the significance of transition to renewable energy to help curb global warming

We are seeking sustainably-minded volunteers to help us make Sanctuaria a reality from remote work to support our marketing and fundraising efforts, to onsite fabrication in Nevada to building and production (lighting, projection mapping, audio, solar) on the playa.
